Sophie is a dedicated fitness fanatic, health and nutrition enthusiast and blogger. Alongside this Sophie is also a personal trainer, fitness model and sports massage therapist. Sophie was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at 4 months old after being born 10 weeks premature, her parents were told she may not make 30 let alone her teens. Sophie now 24, has dedicated her life to prove this wrong by fighting and beating CF through her love for fitness with the approach of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Sophie believes in living life to the fullest, leading a positive life you are passionate about, never giving up, pushing herself to achieve even her greatest ambitions, doing what makes you happy while committing herself to health and fitness and inspiring others to do the same – As Sophie says ‘absolutely any dream is possible if you have the courage to pursue it’. Sophie proved this by achieving one of her biggest dreams in 2015 by reaching the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro while raising nearly £15,000 for the the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and being only the second person in the world with CF to reach the summit.
