What if I am new to exercise?

Our initial 8 week progressive program is split into four segments,  gradually increasing your intensity each two weeks.  We have provided a simple to follow challenge chart to keep you on your toes (hyperlink to chart on that girl challenge intro). 

I am finding week 1-2 hard.

Lots of people do! If you’re finding the challenge difficult then start with one set of each exercise for a couple of weeks and extend each segment to 3-4 weeks. This is perfectly ok – remember consistency is the key to success.

What if I have never done HITT training before?

Start with our 8 week program, which initially focuses on steady state cardio for the first four weeks and gradually introduces HITT training.

What if I am regular exerciser?

If you’re new to That Girl training, then we think you will be suitably challenged by the 8 week program. To up the ante you can bring in HITT training in at week 1.

What if I don’t have Wi-Fi?

All the workouts are also downloadable so you can take That Girl with you everywhere.

Do I need to follow a video for the whole workout?

All the exercise demonstrations are in easy-to-follow GIF format, so you can move from exercise to exercise at your own pace and easily watch the demonstration for each exercise as many times as you need to without pausing or rewinding.

How do I chart my progression?

We have provided you with a bi-weekly measurement chart – it’s not about the scales but looking better in your clothes and feeling better in yourself.

What is That Girl Bespoke

For those that want to take their workouts to the next level, we offer online personalised program as well as one to one training for the ultimate workout experience and results. 

Do I need specialist equipment?

Our workouts are mainly body-weight training and you don’t need any equipment. We do however encourage a few small items that one can travel with but these are not necessary. 

Will there be any equipment-based workouts in the future?

Our workouts will remain predominantly bodyweight so you don’t have to worry about equipment or location. We will however be introducing some bonus mini equipment based workouts, for those that visit a gym or would like to purchase a few pieces for their home.

What if I need technical support?

How do I cancel my subscription?

Email support@thatgirllondon.com to request a cancellation at least 24 hours before your next subscription payment is due.

How do I switch from a quarterly subscription to an annual subscription (or vice versa)?

We currently don’t have an automatic option to switch subscriptions. Email support@thatgirllondon.com to request a cancellation of your current subscription at least 24 hours before your next payment is due. Once cancellation is confirmed, purchase your new subscription from the That Girl store.
